1. Orders and pricing
Prices shown on Bite Works are the final prices for the quantity and shade/option you select, including any quantity discounts or storewide offers active at checkout. We reserve the right to correct pricing or stock errors before an order is confirmed; if that happens, we'll contact you before charging or shipping anything.
2. Payment
We accept cash on delivery and InstaPay. For InstaPay orders, you'll upload a screenshot of your transfer as proof; your order is confirmed once that proof is reviewed. Orders paid cash are collected at the time of delivery.
3. Shipping
We currently deliver within 2–3 business days, and delivery is only available in Cairo and Giza at this time. We're working on expanding to other governorates soon.
4. Returns
If your order arrives damaged, we'll review it and arrange a return or replacement. To be eligible, the product must be returned in its original, well-sealed packaging.
5. Account responsibilities
If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Any contact or delivery details you save to your account are used to pre-fill checkout — you can update or remove them at any time from your account page.
6. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the store evolves. Continuing to use Bite Works after a change means you accept the updated terms.
